At Mint Collectables, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion pieces. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are attached and intact.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
